If a feature class contains multiple geometry types, and you select the feature class itself, all geometries are added. To add a subset of geometries, hold your cursor over the feature class name to see the Show Geometry button. Click Show Geometry to see each geometry as a separate choice. Select the ones you want.

Each selected geometry is added to map as a separate Display Manager layer. If you retrieve a layer from ArcSDE and the coordinate system is not recognized, the layer may fail to load. To load the layer, assign a coordinate system. Under Connection Name , type a name for this connection. Enter your Login Name and Password. Click Login. Optionally, select a version of the database. Would it be possible for you to upload two screen shots?

Need more info such as connection type and schema. Also helpful to know the CoordSystems, 1 for your connected data AND 2 for modelspace similar to images shown below. That is what I'm assigning to the model space in Map 3d. That loads my ArcGIS options. I'm doing my data connections from there, which will show up in the Data Connections provider.

After assigning the coordinate system, I then turn on the 'Map Road' option from the ribbon. I'm also assuming the 'Public' tab that is in the connector screen is actually the 'Living Atlas'? You are using EPSG in modelspace, and relative to your 'area of interest' the coverage for might be too far to the east. What happens if you assign a different coordinate system to modelspace? The data loads in the correct location. They offer a day free trial.

Ok, thanks for the info. It's appreciated. That's frustrating to hear, especially when they depict ESRI maps in the help. I have found another option that works.

Upon doing so it gives you some more ESRI options. You must set a coordinate system through the plugin options even if you already have one set in model space.
